Online access to daily updated property registers, land register extracts, the collection of deeds, and the central population register (ZMR).
Basic Services
- Online query of the current cadastral register with owners from the Federal Office of Metrology and Surveying
- Online query of current land register extracts from the Ministry of Justice via a clearing office
- Online query of current documents from the electronic document repository of the land register via a clearing office (Ministry of Justice)
- Online query of the Central Population Register (ZMR) for authorized companies/users via a clearing office (Ministry of the Interior)
- Documentation of query results in the message center, including result file and protocol
