We have been operating successfully with our own subsidiary in Germany since 2000. Our company headquarters are located in Würselen. You are welcome to use the premises in Würselen or work from home.

What you can expect
As a technical service and support employee (m/f/d), you will be responsible for supporting existing users. You will work both in the office in Würselen, in your home office and at the customer's site. You will supervise test installations, carry out installations, training and workshops for our software. Implementing individual customer requirements is no problem for you with your problem-solving skills. You prepare content and training documents independently. You are in constant contact with the product managers and the sales team in order to offer customers the best possible service.
Your field of activity
- Service and support for our software products (geomatics, reality capturing)
- Supporting our existing users with technical questions (hotline)
- Training users (via the Internet or on site)
- Supervision of test installations
- Support for after-sales support
- Close cooperation with product management, development and sales
What sets you apart
- Completed training in surveying and professional experience in this field
- Interest in IT and a good understanding of IT - knowledge of rmDATA software is an advantage
- Good communication skills and enjoy working with people
- Ability to work independently
- Interest in ongoing training
