Your place in the team

As a Customer Success employee, you are the first point of contact for our customers after they have purchased the software. You will ensure that they implement our solutions smoothly within the company, use them efficiently and benefit from them in the long term. You support our users with expertise, commitment and vision - from structured onboarding to continuous support and further development of the use of our solutions.

Thanks to your proximity to customers, you recognize additional needs at an early stage and actively bring suitable extensions or solutions to the table. Independent, customer-oriented and with a keen sense of benefits and added value. This makes you the interface between the customer and sales.

What you can expect

• Carrying out onboarding for new and existing customers, including planning, training and feedback loops for customer onboarding
• Personal support for customers throughout the entire term - with a focus on successful and efficient use of our solutions
• Building sustainable customer relationships with a high level of loyalty and satisfaction
• Analysis of usage, requirements and customer feedback to identify potential for improvement at an early stage
• Close coordination with the sales team
• Documentation of all measures in the CRM and use of our customer portal to manage customer support
